Africa Blue

In Hermanus we love our visitors very much and especially the ones that come back year after year.  The Southern Right Whale visits Hermanus from June to early December each year and we are really chuffed that they do.

Nowhere else in the world is it easier to see these gentle giants.  Just look out to sea and you're sure to spot a whale within a short time.  Quite often they will be going about their business just a few metres from the shoreline.  

To celebrate our friends' annual return we've made this mug with a fun picture of a mum whale and it's calf so that human visitors can take a piece of Hermanus home and remember their visit to our beautiful town and the amazing whales they saw.
